Opal Leaf Co. is a small online plant shop based in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Opal Leaf Co. started the way a lot of plant hobbies do: with a few small plants, a little curiosity, and the very innocent thought that I had plenty of space.

Over time, a couple of plants turned into shelves, grow lights, propagation projects, and the ongoing question of where I could possibly fit just one more. Somewhere between finding the plants I loved most and slowly turning my home into a jungle, the idea for Opal Leaf Co. began.

I’ve always been drawn to plants that make me stop and look twice; interesting leaves, pretty colors, variegation, and little details that make a plant feel special. Opal Leaf Co. is my way of sharing that love with others through plants and accessories I genuinely enjoy.

You’ll find a mix of houseplants, alocasias, African violets, compact plants, pots, plant supplies, and accessories. Some plants are grown, propagated, or picked by me here at home, and some items come from trusted suppliers so I can offer a little more variety without trying to turn my house into an actual greenhouse. Although, honestly, it is already heading in that direction.

Opal Leaf Co. is growing slowly on purpose. I’m not trying to list everything under the sun just to fill a website. I want the shop to feel thoughtful, pretty, useful, and easy to browse, with plants and accessories that feel like they actually belong here.

Behind the scenes, our home is full of plants, grow lights, propagation projects, board games, and a few curious cats who like to supervise from a safe distance. The cats are not helpful employees, but they are very committed to being involved.

Select in-house plants may be available for local pickup in Mechanicsburg, PA. Shipped items and pickup-only items will always be clearly noted on product pages, so you know what to expect before checking out.

Thank you for being here while Opal Leaf Co. is still growing. Every order, share, visit, and kind word really does mean a lot.
