We make every effort to provide accurate product names, descriptions, prices, availability, and images. However, live plants are natural products. Each plant may vary in size, shape, color, fullness, leaf pattern, variegation, growth habit, and overall appearance. Product photos are intended to represent the general plant type and quality, but the exact plant received may differ from the photo unless specifically stated.

Colors and product appearance may also vary depending on the device, screen, lighting, and display settings used to view our website.

We do not guarantee that the appearance, size, color, variegation, or quality of any product will exactly match the images shown on our website or meet a customer’s personal expectations beyond the terms provided in our posted policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or order, as determined under our posted policies.
